Nichole is a relationship and results-oriented marketing professional in the financial services industry. She is dynamic and is able to maintain focus on both the producer and the client.  Although known in the insurance industry as a “product expert”, Nichole also has proven to have the ability to strategically market and manage insurance products as well as deliver the most effective and efficient ideas and solutions in a constantly changing environment. Her experience with a leading national distribution company, regional general agencies, and independent producers gives her a competitive advantage of understanding different customers and their needs.

Nichole attended Concordia University where she majored in English Literature.  After several years working in policy service, new business, underwriting, marketing, and case design, Nichole found her niche when she discovered the art of finding solutions for producers through product design and carrier negotiation. Nichole has over 25 years of experience helping producers help their clients.
